Job title: HR Executive- Talent Acquisition

Department: Human Resources

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary up to max Rs 25k per month


Job Summary: Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive whose primary responsibility will be Talent Acquisition (80%) along with handling Core HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment, sourcing, and calling experience with basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)


A. Talent Acquisition-80%

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR telephonic screenings and interview coordination.
  • Regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth hiring process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and database.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per TAT.
  • Build and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and offer rollouts.
  • Handle bulk hiring (if required).


B. Core HR Operations-20%

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support in attendance and leave management.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Help in employee engagement activities.
  • Support in exit formalities and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
  • Good MS Excel and documentation skills.


Educational Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate with strong calling and screening experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
