This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Executive based in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing HR management and operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and supporting organizational goals through effective human resource strategies. A strong focus is placed on ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a dynamic on-site environment
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
