Were looking for a HR Executive to support our growing team and help scale HR processes as we expand.

This role will be based out of our Mysore office and will work closely with the HR Head , while operating within a flat, collaborative organizational structure .

What youll do:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.

Drive smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Handle HR operations including attendance, records, reimbursements and payroll coordination.

Handle office administrative task as required.

Support performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Coordinating for workshops/ seminars.

What were looking for:

12 years of HR experience (startup or tech exposure preferred).

Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Willingness to work from the Mysore office.
