HR Executive Recruitment & Coordination (Immediate Joiners Only)

Job Details

Location: Greater Noida West

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (No WFH / Hybrid)

Interview Mode: Strictly In-person / On-site only

Joining Timeline: Within 7 days (mandatory)

Mandatory Conditions (Non-Negotiable)

No online / virtual interviews at any stage.

No work from home, hybrid, or remote work.

No relocation candidates (only candidates currently residing in NCR).

No freshers, interns, or trainees.

Working Structure

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day (as per company policy)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

Weekends: Working

Role Overview

Position: HR Executive Recruitment & Coordination

Full-time, office-based role focused on recruitment and daily HR coordination.

Startup Context: OPAL HOMZ currently has no employees onboarded.

Selected candidate will join as the first employee and set up recruitment and HR processes from

scratch.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR / Recruitment experience (mandatory).

Higher experience considered only if comfortable with fixed CTC and immediate joining.

Compensation

Fixed CTC:3.6 LPA 4.8 LPA (non-negotiable).

ESOP / equity-linked upside available.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations & Support roles.

Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.

Interview coordination, follow-ups, and tracking.

Maintaining hiring trackers and HR records.

Onboarding and HR documentation.

Day-to-day HR coordination and reporting.
