OPAL HOMZ is an early-stage startup and we are hiring aphysically available, experienced HR Executiveto join us as ourfirst employeeand build recruitment and HR operations from the ground up.

Job Details
  • Location:Greater Noida West
  • Work Mode:100% Work From Office (NO WFH / NO HYBRID)
  • Interview Mode:STRICTLY IN-PERSON / ON-SITE ONLY
  • Joining Timeline:Within 7 days mandatory

NO relocation candidates (only candidates currently residing in NCR)

NO freshers / trainees / interns

Role Overview

Position:HR Executive Recruitment & Coordination

This is afull-time, office-based rolefocused on recruitment and day-to-day HR coordination.

Startup Disclosure

OPAL HOMZ is in an early-stage setup withno employees onboarded yet.

The selected candidate will join as thefirst employeeand will independently manage recruitment and HR coordination.

Experience Requirement (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR / Recruitment
  • Higher experience will be considered only if comfortable with fixed CTC and immediate joining

Freshers and entry-level candidates shouldnot apply

Compensation
  • Fixed CTC:3.6 LPA 4.8 LPA (STRICTLY NON-NEGOTIABLE)
  • ESOP / equity-linked upside for long-term, consistent performers
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations & Support roles
  • Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Interview coordination, follow-ups, and tracking
  • Maintaining hiring trackers and HR records
  • Onboarding and HR documentation
  • Daily HR coordination and reporting
