OPAL HOMZ is an early-stage startup and we are hiring aphysically available, experienced HR Executiveto join us as ourfirst employeeand build recruitment and HR operations from the ground up.
Job Details- Location:Greater Noida West
- Work Mode:100% Work From Office (NO WFH / NO HYBRID)
- Interview Mode:STRICTLY IN-PERSON / ON-SITE ONLY
- Joining Timeline:Within 7 days mandatory
NO online / virtual interviews at any stage
NO work from home / hybrid / remote arrangement
NO relocation candidates (only candidates currently residing in NCR)
NO freshers / trainees / interns

Role OverviewPosition:HR Executive Recruitment & Coordination
This is afull-time, office-based rolefocused on recruitment and day-to-day HR coordination.
Startup DisclosureOPAL HOMZ is in an early-stage setup withno employees onboarded yet.
The selected candidate will join as thefirst employeeand will independently manage recruitment and HR coordination.
Experience Requirement (Mandatory)- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR / Recruitment
- Higher experience will be considered only if comfortable with fixed CTC and immediate joining
Freshers and entry-level candidates shouldnot apply
Compensation- Fixed CTC:3.6 LPA 4.8 LPA (STRICTLY NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- ESOP / equity-linked upside for long-term, consistent performers
- End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations & Support roles
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Interview coordination, follow-ups, and tracking
- Maintaining hiring trackers and HR records
- Onboarding and HR documentation
- Daily HR coordination and reporting
