Job Title: Human Resources Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about people management, recruitment, and organizational development. The HR Executive will support daily HR activities, assist in recruitment processes, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates).
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• 01 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
