Job Description
NextStep HR is hiring an HR Executive for a fast-growing luxury hospitality & vacation stay company with operations across major cities in India and overseas. EKOSTAY is a rapidly growing hospitality brand offering a curated network of luxury and affordable private villas, apartments, and homestays across India. With 150+ properties and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, EKOSTAY is redefining the alternative accommodation space with a strong emphasis on service excellence and employee engagement.
About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance within a dynamic hospitality environment. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations in Worli. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, HR coordination, employee relations, and HR project trackingensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare and send offer letters, rejection emails, and joining documentation
- Support end-to-end hiring processes
HR Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with third-party HR/payroll agencies for compliance and salary processing
- Share accurate employee data and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Coordinate new hire induction and orientation programs
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support employees with policies, benefits, and procedures
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track employee performance and maintain records
- Prepare basic HR reports for management
- Monitor HR projects, priorities, and timelines
Engagement & Events
- Assist in planning company events and engagement activities
- Support internal communication initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
- 02 years of experience in HR/recruitment (Freshers with internships welcome)
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Exposure to hospitality/startup environment is preffered
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
