Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing and executing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, and handling various aspects of human resource management. This role will also involve identifying, onboarding, and managing trainers and facilitators who deliver workshops and wellness programs.


Qualifications

  • Assist in creating and implementing company policies and internal processes
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly reports
  • Support payroll coordination with the accounts team
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
  • Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant channels
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Manage hiring coordination and ensure smooth joining of new team members
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard trainers, psychologists, and facilitators
  • Build and maintain a strong trainer network aligned with Minderys services
  • Coordinate with trainers for workshops, sessions, and ongoing engagement
  • Maintain trainer database, availability, and communication
  • Manage and support day-to-day operational activities of the organization
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and programs
  • Assist in planning and operational coordination of workshops and wellness initiatives
  • Help improve internal workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accountability, task follow-ups, and smooth internal coordination


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
  • 03 years of experience in HR, operations, coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with different stakeholders
  • Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
