We are a fast-growing talent management & brand partnerships agency based in Mumbai, building a high-performance team as we scale aggressively.

We are looking for ahands-on HR Executivewho can own recruitment, streamline HR operations, and act as the central HR point of contact for our team.

This is not a policy-only role. This is a build-and-execute role.

What Youll Own

End-to-end hiring (sourcing screening coordination onboarding)

Attendance & leave tracking via internal portal

Monthly payroll processing with accounts

HR documentation & compliance

Employee relations & disciplinary handling

Building structured HR processes as we scale

Who Were Looking For

• 36 years HR experience (startup/agency preferred)
• Strong in recruitment + payroll
• Comfortable working directly with founders
• Structured, firm, and process-driven
• Someone who can operate independently
