We are looking for HR Executive/HR Specialistto assist in the planning, execution and optimization of Recruiting and HR activities. Fresher can also apply.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Take care of Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Must be initiative taking with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be extrovert and team player
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support.
  • Arranging fun activities & Celebrations on festivals & Events.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR and Talent acquisition Specialist.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with payroll.
