Job Description
HR Executive Sales (Hire to Retire)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage the complete Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle for employees within the Sales function across India . This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and ownership to support the sales workforce end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, onboarding documentation, HRMS creation, and induction support.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and HRMS updates; track confirmations, transfers, promotions, attendance, and leave for sales employees.
- Payroll Inputs & Statutory Compliance
- Collect and validate payroll inputs; coordinate with Finance/Payroll for salary processing, incentives, and reimbursements; ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Conduct employee connect calls, manage grievances, and support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal celebrations.
- Sales Employee Support
- Provide ongoing HR support to field sales teams, including HR documentation, query resolution related to salary, incentives, attendance, travel claims, and training coordination.
- Exit Management
- Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, coordinate full & final settlements, and maintain attrition reports for the sales function.
