Human Resources Executive

• Immediate Hiring HR Executive Position
• Location: Gurgaon
• Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skillsand the ability to handle employees professionally.
• Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination). Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Conduct joining formalities and employee induction. Maintain employee records and personal files.
• 2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with accounts team for payroll processing. Maintain salary records and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• 3. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances. Maintain healthy work environment. Support employee engagement activities.
• 4. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance. Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, hiring status, etc.). Ensure proper documentation as per company standards.
• 5. Exit Formalities Handle resignation process. Conduct exit interviews. Complete full and final settlement process.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers can apply if required). Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of labor laws will be preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Payroll software knowledge. Good interpersonal skills.
