Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for aHuman Resources Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, policies, and people management practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

The role involvesend-to-end recruitment and talent management, employee relations, policy implementation, and fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete hiring lifecycle for all departments, including identifying manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection
  • Handling onboarding and post-hiring formalities, ensuring all documentation, compliances, and processes are completed as per company policies
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Addressing employee concerns, managing employee relations, and ensuring a healthy work environment
  • Overseeing day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave management, performance coordination, and internal communication
  • Creating and nurturing aninteractive and engaging workplace cultureby planning and executing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, workshops, seminars, training sessions, celebrations, and internal events
  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees to support organizational goals and employee well-being.


Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and HR policies
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time in an on-site role in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the interior design, architecture, or hardware industry will be an added advantage.
