About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment and people operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want practical exposure to HR in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish job posts on , Indeed, and other job boards
- Review applications and shortlist candidates as per defined criteria
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Assist in onboarding activities and communication with selected candidates
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
