Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing resumes, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

Support attendance tracking, and leave management

Support employee engagement initiatives

Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling

Support exit formalities and full & final settlements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Masters degree (MBA in HR) is preferred

Fresher candidates are welcome

Basic understanding of HR functions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

Internship or project experience in HR

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
