We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 13 years of experience in HR or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR software, and job portals
• Understanding of basic labor laws and HR practices
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
