Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human

resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment,

employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with

labor laws. This role requires strong people management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a

deep understanding of HR best practices to create a positive and productive workplace.

Key Requirements:

1. Recruitment & Workforce Management: Expertise in hiring, onboarding, contract labor

management, and workforce allocation.

2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR): Experience in handling grievances,

dispute resolution, and trade union negotiations.

3. Training & Development: Ability to conduct safety training, compliance workshops, and

employee skill development programs

4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

5. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle crisis situations, labor disputes, and HR

operational challenges effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Industrial Relations, or a related field.
