Human Resources Executive (HR) (Work From Office)

Role Description

The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations and serve as a primary contact for employee relations. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to handle day-to-day responsibilities effectively
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a positive workplace environment and ensure procedural compliance
• In-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and ability to implement best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage

Salary

15k - 25k per month based on experience
