Your Role

Think of this as your stepping stone into the world of recruitment. As a Recruiter Trainee, youll be the friendly face (and voice) behind discovering future talent. From writing job posts to speaking with candidates youll get a front-row seat to how hiring magic happens.

What Youll Be Doing

Assist in writing job descriptions and posting them on job portals

Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates

Conduct intro calls and help coordinate interviews

Keep candidate data organized and updated

Help create a smooth, professional, and friendly hiring experience

What You Bring

A BBA or MBA degree (recent grads welcome!)

Clear and confident communication skills

A knack for people, patience, and professionalism

Eagerness to learn, grow, and make your mark
