With a growing production setup and expanding team, we are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities and support both factory-floor and office employees.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Day-to-Day HR Operations

  • Manage daily HR operations for factory and office staff
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, production, and management teams
  • Handle HR documentation, letters, and employee files


2. Recruitment & Workforce Management

  • Manage hiring for factory workers, supervisors, and office roles
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and joining formalities
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and safety orientation for new hires
  • Ensure adequate manpower planning for production requirements


3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Track attendance, overtime, and leave for payroll processing
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary disbursement
  • Support compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain records related to PF, ESI, contracts, and wage compliance


4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Promote discipline, attendance, and workplace policies on the shop floor
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
  • Help create a positive, safe, and productive work environment


5. Performance & HR Administration

  • Assist in performance tracking, probation reviews, and appraisals
  • Support supervisors and managers with HR-related guidance
  • Maintain HR reports, MIS, and manpower data


6. Policy Implementation & Workplace Discipline

  • Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and safety guidelines
  • Support disciplinary procedures when required
  • Ensure proper communication of company policies to employees


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 14 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory setup
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, attendance systems, and payroll processes
  • Strong coordination, communication, and people-management skills
  • Ability to handle factory-floor workforce and confidential information
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach
