As we continue to expand, were looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Gurugram office and support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and SOPs
• Handle employee queries, relations, and basic grievance management
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Manage HR operations such as attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HR data
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Support exit formalities, offboarding, and documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
• Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
