Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the companys goals. Key responsibilities include handling payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee needs. Additionally, the role involves performance management, training, and implementing policies to support career growth and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Relations
• Experience in Payroll Management, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in Training, Development, and Performance Management processes
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance requirements
• Skills in leadership, team management, and fostering a positive work culture
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the events, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus
