**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive Executive - HR & Administration with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in managing contractual manpower, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling payroll processes. The ideal candidate will support our manufacturing operations by maintaining seamless HRMS systems, optimizing workforce management, and driving administrative efficiency in a fast-paced LED TV production environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end contractual manpower operations, including vendor coordination, workforce planning, deployment, and performance tracking for 500+ contract workers.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishments Act, EPF/ESIC/Wages Code), conduct audits, and liaise with labor authorities.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing for contract and permanent staff, including attendance reconciliation, statutory deductions, and disbursal via HRMS platforms.
- Implement and maintain HRMS systems (e.g., greytHR or similar) for employee data management, payroll automation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Handle administration tasks such as facility management, transport coordination, canteen operations, and employee welfare programs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for manufacturing roles, with a focus on blue-collar workforce.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, conduct grievance handling, and contribute to policy implementation for multi-shift operations.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and legal teams to resolve HR-related issues and support ISO compliance initiatives.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in electronics manufacturing or similar industries (e.g., consumer durables, auto components).
- Proven expertise in contractual manpower management, statutory compliance (labor laws, factories act), and payroll processing.
- Hands-on knowledge of HRMS tools mandatory; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of Uttar Pradesh labor regulations and manufacturing-specific HR challenges.
**Required Skills:**
- Excellent knowledge of Indian statutory compliances and payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills for manpower planning and MIS reporting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, shift-based manufacturing setup.
