Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting employee onboarding and training programs, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and participating in HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Management
- Skills in Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
