Job Title: Junior Human Resource Executive

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and attendance management.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
