Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding).
• Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR record maintenance.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR compliance processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal events.
• Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of HR experience (retail or beauty industry experience is a plus)

An enthusiastic, people-first professional who genuinely enjoys building relationships

Strong communicator with the confidence to engage across all levels of the organization
