Role: HR Executive (Operations)

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: Kochi (WFO)

NP: immediate - 15 days


We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including on boarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities
  • Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI & LWF)
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain up-to-date HR metrics
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.


Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration in HR or related field (Regular MBA) is mandatory .
  • Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


PS: The candidate should be available in our KOCHI office 5 days a week (WFO).

MBA in HR - Regular is mandatory.
