Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive + Executive Assistant to support both people operations and management coordination . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communication, and structured work.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and compliance-related tasks
- Handle employee queries and HR coordination
- Support HR policies and internal communication
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, and calendar coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Draft emails, letters, and internal communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist management in daily administrative and follow-up tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (English medium pass-out mandatory)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong coordination, time management, and follow-up skills
- Professional attitude with confidentiality and integrity
