Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive + Executive Assistant to support both people operations and management coordination . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communication, and structured work.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment & onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and compliance-related tasks
  • Handle employee queries and HR coordination
  • Support HR policies and internal communication

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and calendar coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Draft emails, letters, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist management in daily administrative and follow-up tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (English medium pass-out mandatory)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong coordination, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Professional attitude with confidentiality and integrity
