Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary: 2 to 4 LPA
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years (BPO hiring preferred)

What Youll Do
Own hiring for US process and BPO roles
Source, screen, and engage candidates daily
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
Work closely with operations to close positions on time
Focus on quality hires, not just quick closures

What Were Looking For
Hands-on recruiter with BPO hiring exposure
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working independently
Someone who treats hiring like responsibility, not a task
