Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage Recruitment, HR operations, and build strong employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing implementing employee programs, maintaining HR documentation, and conducting recruitment. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to crafting and ensuring adherence to organizational HR strategies aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR management and HR operations
• Knowledge of RLC
• Skills in employee relations and HR policies implementation
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
