Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at Delwis Healthcare, you will play a key role in managing core human resources

functions and supporting the overall employee experience. You will be responsible for recruitment,

onboarding, payroll coordination, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to building a strong, engaged, and productive workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview

scheduling, and candidate communication.

Onboarding & Induction:

Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training

coordination.

Employee Records & HRMS:

Maintain and update employee data in the HR Management System, ensuring accuracy and

confidentiality.

Payroll Support:

Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and maintaining related records.

Employee Engagement:

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events to enhance

workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure timely processing of HR operations, including letters, forms, and policy communications,

while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Performance Management Support:

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal cycles and tracking performance

• documentation.

Employee Support & Grievance Handling:

Address employee queries professionally and help resolve day-to-day HR-related issues.

Reports & Documentation:

Prepare HR-related reports and maintain records for audits and internal reviews.
