Role Overview
We are seeking an HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations, from hiring to employee lifecycle management, aligned with NBFC compliance and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
End-to-end hiring for sales, collections, credit, operations, and tech roles
Managing job portals, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
Closing positions within defined TATs
HR Operations
Onboarding & exit formalities (documentation, background checks, F&F)
Attendance, leave, and employee data management
Drafting HR policies, SOPs, and employee communications
Payroll & Compliance
Payroll coordination and salary structuring
Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, and labor laws
NBFC-aligned HR compliance and audit support
Employee Engagement & Performance
Managing KRAs, performance reviews, and confirmations
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary processes
Supporting leadership with workforce planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
25 years of HR experience (NBFC / Fintech / BFSI preferred)
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations & compliance
Experience in bulk and lateral hiring
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
