WhizCo is seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive for a full-time on-site role in West Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, managing employee benefits, addressing workplace issues, and supporting HR strategies to ensure a productive and satisfied workforce.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in HR Operations and development and implementation of HR Policies
• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively and handle workplace concerns with professionalism
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
