Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling HR policies, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance and competency management, and day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth people operations.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Implement, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and statutory requirements
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies across the organization
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes


Leave & Attendance Management

  • Manage leave management systems, attendance records, and shift data
  • Ensure accurate leave balances, approvals, and reporting
  • Coordinate with managers for leave planning and compliance

Payroll & Salary Processing

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies

Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)

  • Manage Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and other statutory compliances
  • Ensure timely filings, challans, returns, and documentation
  • Liaise with consultants and government authorities when required

Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations
  • Assist in implementing and improving performance management frameworks
  • Maintain performance records and analytics

Competency Management & Employee Development

  • Assist in defining and maintaining competency frameworks
  • Support skill mapping, competency assessments, and development initiatives
  • Coordinate training and learning activities as required

HR Records & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS data, and documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review
  • Support audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 25 years of experience in core HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll systems
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
