Role Overview

We are seeking a structured and proactive HR professional to support and strengthen our growing organization.

This role will play a key part in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR process development, compliance, and supporting leadership in scaling operations.

Hybrid working model (Delhi / Noida).


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition (technical & non-technical roles)
  • Candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Onboarding and employee documentation
  • HR policy drafting and implementation
  • Attendance, leave, and employee records management
  • Payroll coordination with finance team
  • Compliance with applicable labour regulations
  • Performance review coordination
  • HR reporting and MIS
  • Supporting leadership in workforce planning and organizational structuring


Required Skills & Expertise

  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Strong recruitment experience (preferably technical hiring)
  • Knowledge of Indian labour law and HR compliance
  • Experience in growing or dynamic organizations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and improve HR systems and processes
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment


Software Skills

  • MS Excel
  • Zoho (HR / Payroll / People modules or related tools) (preferred)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter / job portals
  • MS Office / Google Workspace
