Position: HR Executive with a Focus on Recruitment

Experience required: 1.5 - 2.5 Years

Location: On-site Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, design, SEO, and creative roles
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews using job portals and
• Coordinate with team leads and hiring managers for feedback and shortlisting
• Prepare offer letters and manage the complete onboarding workflow
• Build and maintain a ready talent pipeline for future roles

HR Operations

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and monthly salary input sheets
• Track probation periods and coordinate monthly evaluations
• Maintain employee files and all supporting documentation
• Handle basic HR queries and internal communication requirements

Culture and Coordination

• Support team engagement activities
• Conduct periodic check-ins with team members
• Help maintain a positive, transparent, and collaborative environment

Requirements

• One point five to three years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time
• Familiarity with sourcing for both technical and creative roles
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
