We are looking for an HR Executive who will be involved in :

1. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
6. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
7. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
8. Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement when required.

Other Requirements

1. Minimum 1-3 years of Agency Experience in the same profile
2. Strong command of English
3. Good understanding of creative and marketing roles.
4. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
