HR EXECUTIVE - For Corporate office

A great opportunity for HR professionals to manage both Corporate Office and Factory Operations with a well-established organization.

Nerul (Navi Mumbai) Corporate Office

Taloja & Vadodara Factory Operations

Company Legacy: 35+ Years of Stability & GrowthKey Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and complete joining formalities.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
2. Employee Data & Documentation
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS database.
  • Ensure all documentation is updated and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage employee contracts, confirmations, and extensions.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data for payroll processing.
4. Performance Management
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and review documentation.
  • Track confirmations, increments, and promotions.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
  • Plan engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Handle grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
  • Assist in audits and maintain compliance records.
7. Exit Management
  • Manage resignation process, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
  • Maintain attrition reports and employee exit documentation.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with HRMS / Payroll systems

Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce

MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)

Experience Required

25 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations role

Experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle preferred.
