As a young startup, were building a small, hands-on team and were looking for someone who enjoys working with people, bringing structure to daily chaos, and helping a brand grow from the inside out.

What Youll Do

Handle everyday HR essentials: onboarding, exits, leave & documentation

Be the friendly go-to person for team questions and internal coordination

Support hiring by scheduling interviews and following up with candidates

Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and basic HR admin

Help keep internal processes simple, organized, and running smoothly

Support light people and office operations as the team grows

Who You Are

13 years experience in HR or HR + operations

Organized, approachable, and detail oriented

Comfortable in a startup environment where things move fast

Good communicator with a people-first mindset

Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
