Job Description

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

Experience: 02 years in HR / Recruitment / Administration

Compensation: 2,00,000 4,00,000 per annum (based on experience and industry standards)


About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow a career in Human Resources within the BPO industry.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company needs.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and schedule final interviews with management.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets for multiple job roles and departments.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and job contracts.
  • Collect and maintain employee documents and HR files accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee database and personnel records.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Track and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare monthly salary input sheets and share them with management for payroll processing.

Training & Development

  • Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new joiners.
  • Coordinate refresher training sessions when process changes occur.
  • Assist management in planning employee skill enhancement programs.

General HR Operations

  • Support management in maintaining positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, engagement activities, and process improvements.


Requirements

  • Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce (or related field).
  • 02 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
