Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Ensure a smooth & positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
