This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves overseeing and managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the organization. Responsibilities include handling recruitment, conducting onboarding processes, implementing HR strategies to support employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and their applications
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications like SHRM or PHR are advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the IT sector, is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
