Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune District. In this position, you will handle HR management tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing HR operations. Additionally, you will ensure efficient onboarding and addressing employee concerns to foster a positive workplace environment while continuously improving HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and processes
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Experience 5-6 years
