Human Resources Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT hiring)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Attendance management and employee records maintenance
• Salary negotiation with candidates
• Preparation of salary sheets and salary advice
• Coordination with accounts/payroll team
• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR (mandatory)
• Masters degree preferred (MBA in HR or equivalent)
• Bachelors degree acceptable with relevant experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Experience in handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment
