Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, including the development and execution of HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key duties will involve recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, and addressing employee concerns. Additionally, the HR Executive will contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Sound knowledge and expertise in general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition is advantageous
