Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition (Finance Hiring)

Department:Human Resources

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus onFinance hiring. The role includes posting job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining hiring trackers. Strong communication skills, Excel proficiency, and experience hiring for finance roles (accounts, audit, taxation, FP&A, etc.) are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Finance Hiring

  • Post job requirements onLinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Source and evaluate candidates forfinance, accounts, audit, taxation, MIS, and related roles.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates technical and role fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline specifically for finance positions.
  • Coordinate closely with finance hiring managers to understand job requirements.

2. Candidate Engagement & Interview Coordination

  • Call and engage with candidates professionally and confidently.
  • Schedule interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) and coordinate with interviewers.
  • Follow up with candidates for availability, feedback, and next steps.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

3. Recruitment Operations & Excel Reporting

  • Maintain and update hiring trackers inExcel(basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot preferred).
  • Prepare hiring status reports, MIS, and dashboards.
  • Organize documentation including resumes, interview feedback, and evaluation sheets.
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants or agencies when required.

4. HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in onboarding activities such as offer letters, joining formalities, and induction support.
  • Maintain HR data, candidate records, and recruitment documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and communication tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory experience in Finance hiring(Accounts, Audit, Tax, Compliance, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience posting jobs onLinkedIn & Naukri.
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephonic interaction.
  • Good Excel skills for maintaining trackers and generating reports.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR preferred.
  • 13 years of experiencein recruitment or HR operations

Prior experience inFinance/Accounts-related hiring is mandatory.
