Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive Talent Acquisition & Operations to own office hiring and core HR operations, including HRMS management and statutory compliance coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, structure, and ownership not just coordination. You will work closely with department heads and external consultants to ensure timely hiring, clean HR data, and zero compliance gaps.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Office Roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all office-based positions
  • Coordinate with department heads on MRFs, role clarity, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and joining closures
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Own employee lifecycle data on HR One (HRMS) onboarding, records, exits
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee master data
  • Coordinate with external consultants for PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance
  • Track compliance calendars, renewals, filings, and audits
  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, SOPs, and personnel files
  • Support payroll processing and statutory audits with clean, error-free data
Skills & Experience Required
  • 34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition + HR Operations
  • Hands-on experience with HR One (HRMS) preferred
  • Practical understanding of statutory compliance & payroll coordination
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and process discipline
  • Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets & HR reporting
