Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources (HR) Director at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. The HR Director will oversee, design, and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, design and support performance management systems, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily responsibilities also involve strategic planning, team management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

Expertise in Human Resources management and HR policy development
Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and implementing Performance Management systems
Thorough knowledge of Labor laws and Employment law compliance
Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Experience in an educational or academic setting is an advantage
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
