Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
  • Support HR team with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Respond to basic employee queries and escalate issues as required.
  • Assist with engagement activities and internal communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Willingness to work for Night Shifts
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools is a plus.
