Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Support HR team with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Respond to basic employee queries and escalate issues as required.
- Assist with engagement activities and internal communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Willingness to work for Night Shifts
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools is a plus.
