Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator / Recruiter who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities along with coordinating the hiring process. The ideal candidate will help in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer coordination.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Manage interview logistics and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and next steps.
  • Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT or technology recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
